You will be responsible for calling and communicating with Senior-level executives and Directors of leading organizations (i.e. Banking and Financial Institutions, MNC's), explaining to them our events and the benefits of attending such events.

  2. Conference/Training Producer ShowCollapse

    If you are creative, resourceful, innovative, loves doing research, strategizing and translating ideas into action, then we want you in our Agile Avant team. 
     

    Responsibilities:


    You will be responsible for producing regional and global conferences tailored for senior corporate executives. You must possess a strong track record of success in producing highly successful conferences. You will need to identify new trends and carrying out extensive research to deliver innovative and compelling events that feature content and speakers that the target market genuinely want to see.

    Your work will cover:

    • Effective primary and secondary research to produce highly profitable conferences
    • Sourcing and managing conference presenters
    • Build relationships with industry leaders to stay abreast of key industry trends
    • Production of marketing collaterals
    • Influence and lead the sales and marketing in meeting revenue targets
    • Collaborate and lead the operation team to deliver smooth and enjoyable events.


    Requirements:


    • Direct experience and track record of success
    • Strong pride and ownership to achieve and deliver high quality and successful event
    • Highly capability, able to work independently and love challenges
    • Great business sense and like to understand and uncover trends and issues
    • Good taste and judgement on the copywriting and layout, thus the attractiveness of collaterals
    • Great confidence and enjoy engaging and networking with senior-level executives
    • Strong leadership and able to lead a multi-departmental team

  3. Digital Marketing Executive ShowCollapse

    As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will be in charge of developing highly profitable and creative marketing plans for our company’s events. You will also need to set up goals and KPIs and ensure that they are met.


    Responsibilities:


    • Generate new ideas and initiatives to promote the company’s events
    • Develop lead generation plans to build an effective client database
    • Develop effective electronic marketing campaign
    • Following up with prospects and clients to close sales
    • Work with clients to develop effective marketing strategies

    Requirements:
